Lean Cuisine Lemon Pepper Fish = 2 grams fiber
Apple = 4.4 g fiber
Raw baby carrots = 2.3 g fiber
grapes = ???

Total 8.7

Breakfast was about 12 so about 20.7 for the day. Halfway there.

Sounds interesting and quick. Thanks

For lunch, I have fallen in love with the WASA Light rye Crispbread (at Safeway). Each two slices of the flatbread are 60 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 14 g of carbs, of which 3 g of dietary fiber and 2 g of protein.

So a typical lunch for me is say six slices of rye flat bread (180 calories & 9g of fiber) along with some spread, a pickle and fruit and water. Spreads can include cheese, peanut butter, or meat depending on how I feel in the morning.

The crispbread or flatbread is also great at dinner to go with soup or when my wife pulls out say "french bread or a roll."

Another favorite work lunch is Hormel's Compleats "Turdkey & Hearty Vegetables (microwave ready in 90 seconds) at 180 calories, (30 g from fat, 25 mg cholesterol, 24 g carbs of which 4g in dietary fiber, 3 g sugar and 14 g protein) that and two slices of light rye crisp break brings it up to 7g in fiber.

I have been looking for an alternative and maybe I need to check out Lean Cuisine more. My wife says she wants me to find more fish meals and Lemon Pepper fish sounds interesting.
