I got a copy of the free book back in the summer but hadn't really read it until now.

I'm tired of being tired and of being unable to fit into clothes I like. So, last night I went shopping and filled my cart with fiber-rich foods. Today I'm already at nearly 20 grams of fiber without really trying that hard.

Wish me luck--and I wish all of you luck, too!

Hey going for it! I'm going for it also. I have been slowly loosing weight for the past year. I started at 162 and stopped loosing at 145. I stayed at 145 for 3 months. Started on Full plate and lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. This is going to work for me! Who would think by just adding fiber would make a difference? My exercise program has not changed so I know its the fiber. Good luck!! :) By the way this should work well to keep the weight off!!

I'm going for it as well. I just got the book/read it yesterday. I would love to lose 15 pounds, but 10 would be fine. I have questions I'll be posting so I can get ready to begin.

Well, I'm going for it too! I'm excited about the book. I have just began a wellness program and this book was recommended. I have tried many other things before, but this is the first approach that actually seems doable for me. I have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks! I had about 100 pounds to lose, but only 94 to go! I love the concepts in this book and feel very encouraged. 2 weeks is a long time for me to be committed, and I'm not wavering at all. Thank-you full-plate diet and wellness coaching! :P

Don't forget to add the Full Plate Diet as a friend on Facebook. Good discussion going there with more good info.

I was astounded to see the book was for free on the website. Very generous of the authors and the publishers. :P

I am going for it. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and of weighing 100 pound more than I should. The program is clearly in keeping with current (and old traditions) scientific knowledge of nutrients and all of that. I can do this.

Thank you for being here.
