Preheat oven to 350° F. Pour beans, eggs, oil, salt, and vanilla into a blender or food process. Blend until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and sugar. Blend mixture until evenly mixed. Pour mixture into a greased 8 by 8 glass pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut the baked batter into 9 evenly sized pieces. This recipe is perfect for anyone having gluten intolerance as it contains no flour. Diabetic Note: If you have diabetes, cut the brownie in 1/2 to reduce the effect it will have on your blood sugar.
