- 4 kiwi peeled
- 1 pear sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves packed
- 1 cup soy, almond, rice, or no-fat milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serve immediately. Makes a perfect dessert as well.
