1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray an 8”x 8” baking dish. 2. Put the oil, water, vanilla extract, salt and drained black beans in the blender and blend until creamy, about one minute. 3. Add the baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder and blend until creamy, about 45 seconds. Because the mixture will be thicker, you will have to stop the blender a couple times, stir the contents, and continue blending to get a creamy consistency. 4. Lastly, add the whole wheat flour and blend until creamy, about 45 seconds, again stopping the blender a couple times to stir contents. 5. Put batter in sprayed baking dish and spread until even. 6. Bake 40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 9 pieces.

I love the flavor and I love that it's moist! We tried using Stevia instead of sugar, so it was sugar free, but I didn't like that flavor. Next time I will try half the sugar and maybe a ripe banana, or just the regular recipe as it is.
