Uptown Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 300°F. Place unpeeled sweet potato on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, or until the middle of the potato is penetrable with a fork. Place the potato on a serving dish, cut in 2 inch round pieces and fan out. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with Allspice (or cinnamon). Diabetic note: Cut the serving size in half for better blood sugar control, especially if consuming at a big holiday meal.
