- 20 oz (1 1/4 lbs) raw spinach (about 20 cups)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning (salt-free)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Wash spinach. In a large skillet, saute garlic, onion, and pepper in olive oil until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Add spinach, stir together, and cook until spinach is wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Mix in seasonings and serve hot.
