This is GREAT for breakfast or Mid morning snack. I used chopped walnuts because I didn't have pecans on hand. Yummy!!

This is the BEST salad I have ever had! Very unusual and so healthy! It has great flavors that work together so well. I can't wait to share it with my friends.
