I have been on the diet for almost a month now and I have lost ten pounds. Unlike my previous diets, this didn’t feel like torture. In fact, it took minimal effort. All I have to do is pay attention to the level of fiber I am eating and hit the 35 gram daily minimum. At this point, I am finding that I am developing a preference for these high fiber foods. I really like them. I see no reason to go back to my old patterns and tastes. I am going to stick with the high fiber and make it my regular habit. This way, I will keep losing weight. I love this diet! ![]()

I love the way this book was written; it’s like talking to a friend. I feel so much better even if the scale is moving down very slowly! The weight isn’t flying off, but it didn’t fly on either. I feel better and that is what is most important to me.![]()

I got the advance copy of the book and tried a few of the recipes. I was pleased to find that they actually had taste, as opposed to so many other "diet" dinners. I haven't replaced every meal yet, but just changing a few a week for the last 3 weeks has me 5 pounds lighter.![]()
