Yogurt Fruit Salad
Yields 3 - 1 cup servings
- Calories: 128

- Sodium: 2mg
- Total Carbs: 28.9g
- Dietary Fiber: 5.7g
- Protein: 3g
- 3 cups of diced or whole fresh fruit of your choice (banana, kiwi, apple, pear, berries, orange)
- 6 oz carton of soy or low-fat dairy yogurt of your choice
Prepare fruit and place in a medium bowl. Pour yogurt over the fruit and gently fold together.

Thanks for the review Kathy. We don't have professional pictures of all of our recipes. Some of them are pictures we take right after we analyze the recipes. Yogurt on food doesn't look very attractive. But we want to give everyone an idea of what the food actually looks like after being cooked.

Just want to let you know you have a couple typos and although the recipe sounds good the picture doesn't look very appetizing!
